The Aon Hewitt Project
The OPRF School of Business Management students were given a challenge to work with Mr. Ryan Black, a Partner and Market Leader for Aon. The students were challenged to create and deploy resources in three key areas: 1. Identifying key prospects to sell new logo work. 2. Maintain strong relationships while expanding the breadth and scope of services offered. 3. Create a strong brand for Aon Hewitt in the market.
Students researched Aon and potential partners to create a presentation deck for Mr. Black. The students performed well and had outstanding presentations. The project was a huge success. Students learned several topics from Mr. Black including the keys to focus, critical leadership, being present and contribution to the team, and overall just having fun.
